1. Service Description
Kutty Kathai provides AI-generated personalised children's storybooks on a freemium subscription basis. The service is operated by Dineshkumar Kannan, Chennai, India.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- The app is intended for parents and guardians creating stories for their children.
- You are responsible for ensuring appropriate use by minors in your care.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
- One account per user. Account sharing is not permitted.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Free accounts receive a limited number of story credits.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay / Cashfree. We do not store payment card details.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
- Stories generated by the app are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You retain rights to photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process them for story generation.
- AI-generated story content is owned by Kutty Kathai and licensed to you for personal use.
6. Prohibited Uses
- You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
